ACCEPTED WASTE AT THE SMA'S SPECIAL HOUSEHOLD WASTE COLLECTION POINT

Special Household Waste includes all waste that must be collected
outside the traditional system due to the potential danger of the materials they contain.

Some retailers collect specific types of special waste.

At the Special Household Waste (SHW) collection area, private individuals can drop off free of charge waste that cannot be disposed of with household refuse due to its toxic nature.

Users are welcomed from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., as well as on Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the following location:

Construction waste and tyres: excavation spoil, rubble and all demolition waste such as window frames, doors, glass, etc.

Expired or unused medicines must be taken to pharmacies.

Textiles, household linen, shoes and toys can be dropped off in dedicated areas. You can find these locations on the next page.
